A report has been received from the Sub-jail Sakti, District Janjgir Champa, in which it is informed that the applicant is being provided with proper care and treatment and he is also being taken to Ramkrishna Care Hospital at Raipur for regular follow up treatment.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also seeks issuance of direction to the concerned jail authorities to provide proper treatment to the applicant. 3.

Consequently, this MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn and the concerned jail authorities are directed to provide all the medical facilities and treatment to the applicant as and when required in accordance with the provisions of the jail manual.
