1. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the present Writ Petition has become infructuous on account of the fact that pending the Writ Petition the Petitioner has been granted employment under compassionate appointment vide order dated 22.05.2012 (AnnexureR/1).

2. This fact is not disputed by the Petitioner.
