Grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is the alleged improper adding of the name of Respondent No.4 in the Voter List for Village Panchayat Parsadih, Block Balodabazar, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara. 2.

In view of the fact that the election process has already been commenced, this Court is of the opinion that it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere with the Voter List as also the election process invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court. However, right of the Petitioner stands reserved for raising appropriate dispute under the election law by way of an election petition. 4.
