1. Vide report dated 28.07.2021, It has been informed by the office of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail Jagdalpur, District Bastar (C.G.) that the appellant has been released from jail on 17.05.2021, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that since the appellant has already released from concerned jail, after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, therefore, she does not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
