---Respondents For petitioner :
Shri Chandradeep Prasad, Advocate.
For State :
Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 17/01/2019.
1.
The challenge in the instant Writ Petition is seems to be the intention of the State Government in replacing one set of Guest Faculty by another set of Guest Faculty.
2.
Perusal of record would reflect that, the petitioner was engaged as Guest Faculty in the previous academic session also and when the fresh advertisement for the current academic session was published, the petitioner participated in the selection process and he also has been selected and has been granted appointment in the same college i.e. under the respondent
No.3. By virtue of the fresh selection, the petitioner has also joined his duties and is still working working as Guest Faculty. 3.
In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that, there is nothing further which is left against which the petitioner could have a grievance. 4.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. 5.
However, so far as the claim of the petitioner for renumeration as per the regulations of UGC is concerned, the petitioner seems to have not made any representation in this regard to the respondents and have straight away filed the instant Writ Petition.
6.
Let the petitioner make suitable representation in this regard in respect of the said claim and the authorities are expected to decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations.
7.
With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
