1. When the matter was called for hearing on 18-08-2021 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and even today also when the matter was called twice, none appears for the petitioner nor any representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. Since, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case despite repeated calls, this court is left with no other way except to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
