The writ petition was preferred challenging the order dated 26-11-2021 by which the petitioner's bid for construction of

WPC No.484 of 2021 Drain, CC Road, Cycle Stand, Toilet repairing, etc. of different work at Ward No.34, Bilaspur, was cancelled. 2.

In the return filed by the respondents, it is specifically averred in para 3 thereof that the subject work has been reawarded to one M/s S.K. Enterprises on 18th March, 2021 by virtue of NIT No.9 floated on 4-12-2020; the work was also started; and more than 50% work is already completed.

In view of subsequent events, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it will remain open for the petitioner to avail remedy of any other nature flowing from the terms of the contract.
