Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's complaint for removing the encroachment is pending before the respondent No. 1 has not been decided till date, and therefore, the same may be directed to be decided by respondent No. 1 expeditiously. 2.
Shri B.D. Guru, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 on advance copy would submit that petitioner's complaint will be decided within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4.
Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 - Municipal Corporation, Korba is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
