1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that working on the post of Executive Engineer under the respondents the petitioner was transferred from Durg to Kanker vide order dated 05.10.2018. The petitioner duly complied with the order and joined at the transferred place Kanker on 10.10.2018. Though the petitioner has

-2joined his duty since 10.10.2018 at Kanker, according to the petitioner, till date he has not been handed over with the charge of Executive Engineer nor has he been paid salary since then.

2. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent no.1 is directed to ensure that the order of transfer which has been complied with is implemented in its letter and spirit particularly when the petitioner has reported for duty on 10.10.2018. Moreover, respondent no.1 shall also ensure that the petitioner is paid the salary since October, 2018 onwards in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
