It is contended that the petitioner is working since 1994 in Forest Department and till date he has not been regularized. He submits that likewise other persons who also joined along with the petitioner were regularized by the State, however case of the petitioner was not considered. Subsequently, the petitioner had filed two representations which is pending adjudication at the end of the respondent No.5, same is not being considered. He referred to Annexure P-3 and P-4 and would submit that case of the petitioner may be considered in pursuant to the circular dated 5/03/2008.

Given the aforesaid facts, since perusal of the record shows that representation of the petitioner is pending, respondent No.5 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner for regularization within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
