1. The claim of the petitioner is for appropriate direction to the authority to consider the claim of the petitioner for being posted to a different place considering the personal inconvenience that the petitioner has to face in the course of travel at the present place of posting vide Annexure P/7 dated

8.12.2020.

2. According to the petitioner he has already made a representation to respondent No. 1, who in turn, may consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically, particularly taking into consideration the fact that at Katghora where the petitioner was earlier posted there is already a vacancy available in the subject, to which the State Counsel does not oppose.

3. Accordingly the writ petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner sympathetically and an appropriate order be passed at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
