1. Present is a second round of litigation. The first round was WPS 3913/2020 which got disposed of on 06.10.2020.

2. It is a case where the petitioner is working as an Assistant Veterinary Field Officer and has been transferred from Veterinary Hospital, Tumdibod, Rajnandgoan to Veterinary Hospital, Sailud, Block Patan, District Durg. After disposal of WPS 3913/2020 on 06.10.2020, whatever representation that the petitioner had made to the authorities, the same was rejected vide impugned order dated 07.01.2021 (Annexure P-1).

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

inadvertently the petitioner could not make a detailed representation to the authorities concerned so far as ventilating his grievance against the order of transfer and he be permitted to approach the authorities by way of a fresh representation which the authorities may consider in accordance with the policy governing the field.

4. Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the order of transfer is concerned and also without interfering with the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 07.01.2021, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities by moving an appropriate representation for ventilating his grievance as regards his transfer is concerned.
