1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.232/2020, registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, District- Baloda-Bazar-Bhatapara, (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 147, 186, 294, 353, 332, & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. I.A. No. 01, is an application for withdrawal of anticipatory bail application.

3. On due consideration, the application is allowed.
