Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission) and analogous appeals being Civil Appeals No. 4418 - 4420 of 2015 and Civil Appeals No. 4421 - 4422 of 2015 dated 13.5.2015. Learned Counsel for
the parties are therefore agreed that the writ petitions may be disposed in terms of the same.

The writ petitions stand disposed in terms of the order of the Supreme Court dated 13.5.2015 as aforesaid.
