1. The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has been transferred to the Konta vide impugned order dated 12/12/2017. According to the petitioner, his wife is already a Government employee and she is posted at District Rajnandgaon. According to the petitioner as per the transfer policy of the State Government, the petitioner and his wife are supposed to be kept at the same place as far as possible.
2. Though, the petitioner has repeatedly being making representation to the respondents but till date they have not taken any decision in this regard.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised and the fact that his representation has not been decided till now, the writ petition in its present form stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to take a decision in respect of the grievance of the petitioner and decide the representation which is pending consideration at the earliest within a period of 90 days from today.
