Patel, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 14/07/2015 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 18.01.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No.2 whereby the respondent No.6 was authorized to singly operate the account of J.M. Higher Secondary School, Jagdishpur, District Mahasamund for the period of two years. Learned counsel for the parties submit that life of the impugned order, which was of two years, has already expired and as such there remains nothing to be adjudicated and the present petition has become infructuous.
