Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 22/01/2016 Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that this petition can be disposed off in terms of order dated 08/04/15 passed in WP(S) No.360/15 and batch of petitions wherein, this Court had directed consideration of representations as per directions contained in para 9 of the order. 2.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and pleadings and documents on record, at present, interest of justice would be served if a direction is given for consideration of the case of the petitioner.

Accordingly, following order is passed - a) The petitioner shall submit fresh representation within a period of one month, along with copies of the earlier applications filed by him and supporting documents before the Manager, HRD, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited, Dangania, District Raipur.
b) On such representation being filed, the respondents shall decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
c) It is made clear that while deciding the representation, the respondents would be at liberty to take into consideration the law laid down by the Supreme Court in various decisions as also the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in WA No.588/2013.
