1. The suit tank was granted on lease to respondent No.7 for seven years commencing from 7-9-2011, which has practically come to an end during the pendency of this writ petition, therefore, no cause of action survives and as such, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner will be free to proceed in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
