1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.232/2020, registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, District: BalodaBazar - Bhatapara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 186, 294, 332, 353, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The applicant No.2 Sitaram Rakesh in the present application has been arrested, therefore, this bail application in respect of

MCRCA No.125 of 2021 Sitaram Rakesh has been rendered infructuous.

3. In respect of applicant No.1 Trilok Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this applicant wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.

4. Accordingly, the present MCRCA is dismissed for both the applicants with liberty to applicant No.1 to surrender and apply for regular bail. In such eventuality, the concerned Court shall consider and decide the regular bail application expeditiously.
