The applicant has preferred this second application for grant of anticipatory bail, as she apprehends her arrest in connection with Crime No.44/2019, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
The first bail application bearing MCRCA No.1079 of 2020 has been rejected by order dated 2-12-2020 on the ground that the same has not been duly constituted.

Applicant is the sister of Ranjeet Tiwari with whom the complainant Rubi Tiwari was married on 17-4-2016. In the complaint lodged on 7-9-2019 it is alleged that Ranjeet Tiwari and his relatives demanded motorcycle and cash of Rs.1,50,000/- for
MCRCA No.81 of 2021 carrying business. It is also alleged that the accused persons were not taking proper care of the complainant during her pregnancy. 4.
Co-accused Ramakant Tiwari, Smt. Neera Devi, Ranjan Tiwari & Raju Tiwari have already been released on anticipatory bail by order dated 31-1-2020 passed in MCRCA No.38 of 2020. Applicant is a married lady and resides separate from her brother Ranjeet Tiwari (husband of the complainant).

Considering all relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. 6.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:- • she shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
• she shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
• she shall not influence the witnesses during pendency of the trial.
