Counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition was filed praying for grant of two advance increments from the date of declaration of her D.Ed./B.Ed./B.T.I. Examination results, in the meanwhile, petitioners have been granted two advance increment from the department concerned. Hence, they do not want to pursue this petition.
