1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of subsequent event the petitioner does not want to press this contempt case with liberty to revive the same as and when cause of action arises.

2. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed at present. However, the liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive if cause of action so arises.
