1. Petitioner present in person. He has made statement before this Court that petition was filed to accept the joining of the petitioner and permit him to work on the post of Asst. Grade-III, in the meanwhile, he has been appointed to the post of Asst. Grade-III by the department concerned. Hence, he does not want to pursue this petition.
