1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court constituted under S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act making a request for extension of time granted by this Court for conclusion of trial in Special Criminal Case No.46/2017.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.2070 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 directed the Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of two months from the date the normal functioning of the Courts are commenced.

3. After considering on the submissions made in the P.U.D., the prayer for extension is allowed and the period of further three months is granted to conclude the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
