This MCC is registered on the basis of PUD dated 04.01.2021 sent by Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mungeli / Additional District Judge seeking extension of time for deciding Claim Case No. 06/2012. 2.
While deciding the MAC No. 1003 of 2014, this Court has remanded back the case to the Claims Tribunal and issued direction for disposal of the Claim Petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of original record of claim case, after affording opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.

The learned Claims Tribunal has sent the request letter praying for extension of time for disposal of the claim case by four further months.

Prayer is allowed.

The time is extended by four months for disposal of the claim case. The Registry is directed to sent a copy of this order to the Claims Tribunal.
