18.01.2021 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction against respondents on the pleadings that the petitioner was offered admission in the Educational Institution/respondent No. 7.

After going through the petition we find that the petitioner was offered admission in the Educational Institution situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh. None of the cause of action has arisen wholly or in part of State of Chhattisgarh. Merely, because petitioner happens to be resident of Chhattisgarh, it cannot be said that part of cause of action arose in Chhattisgarh also.

Therefore, this Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the petition and is therefore, dismissed though with liberty to the petitioner to approach the forum which is available to him under the law.
