Sam Koshv Order On Board 13/03/2015 Referring to the letter dated 2.9.18 issued by Recovery Officer and Asstt, Provident Fund Commissioner, Raipur, counsel for the parties submit that the matter, in due course of time, has become infructuous on account of the fact that the respondent has cleared the outstanding dues amounting to Rs. 1,55,35,813/-with interestalong with the cost and process fee. 2.
