1. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now he is not pressing so far as relief no.10.3 is concerned and reserves his right to challenge the same at an appropriate stage, if required.

2. So far as relief Nos.10.1 & 10.2 are concerned, State counsel submits that an appropriate direction can be issued to the concerned officer for taking appropriate decision in accordance with law.

3. Given the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction firstly to the respondent no.5 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for grant of affiliation in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. So far as the granting of Patta for the land on which the school situates is concerned, since the application is pending before the respondent no.3, let a decision in this regard be taken by the respondent no.3 in accordance with law within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
