1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially suspended and suspension was revoked in the year 2014. Thereafter the petitioner retired on 31.08.2018 and the provisional pension has been paid, whereas the gratuity, leave encashment and GPF has not been released.
3. It is stated that the departmental enquiry has never commenced when the
petitioner was in service, however only the provisional pension has been paid. The petitioner has made a representation Annexure P-4 for release of gratuity, leave encashment and GPF and the submission is made that the said representation may be decided so that the petitioner's claim can be adjudicated.
4. Considering the limited prayer made and perusal of Annexure P-1& P-4 at this stage, as the suspension was revoked way back in the year 2014 and as the petitioner claims that only provisional pension has been paid, it is directed that the representation (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner may be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
