With great satisfaction we record that the efforts of the mediator and that of learned counsel for respective parties have yielded positive result in the form of settlement of dispute and reunion of the parties to restore their matrimonial relationship. Mediator report dated 25.02.2021 records details of resolution of dispute between the parties. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to press this appeal. In view of the mediation report, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Before parting with the case, we appreciate the efforts made by learned counsel for parties and that of the mediator to bring settlement between the parties.
