1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 14.01.2021 transferring the petitioner from Patwari Circle No.21 Tahsil Gurur, district Balod to Office of Sub divisional Officer Dondi Lohara, District Balod.

2. Considering the distance between the two places of posting, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition so far as the place of posting

is concerned.

3. However, as regards the alleged complaint which has been levelled against the petitioner leading to his transfer from one place to another, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation that the petitioner has made i.e. Annexure P-4 dated 14.01.2021. The respondents are expected to decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
