Mr. Ravi Kumar Bhagat, counsel appearing for respondent submits that the grievance of the applicant has since been redressed inasmuch as the benefit of time bound pay scale as claimed by the petitioner has been released to him.

In view of the same, the contempt petition stands disposed of. However, in the event of any further grievance the applicant would be at liberty to approach this Court afresh.
