1. Complainant Pradeep Kumar Sahu is virtually present before this Court through the 'Help Desk' of DLSA-Dhamtari on notice. He has stated that he has objection in grant of bail to this applicant.

2. After arguing for sometimes, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and also seeks issuance of direction to expedite the trial against the applicant.

3. In view of the above, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date, this order is passed.
