Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 29/01/2021 Heard.

1. The applicant has moved this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.58/2020 registered at Police Station- Kelhari, District- Korea, C.G. for the offence under Section 20 (B) of NDPS Act.

2. Prayer for grant of bail has been made only on the ground that the applicant's sister is getting married and applicant is required to be present to discharge various rituals.

3. The bail application of the present applicant, who is charged of having commission of offence under Section 302 IPC has been rejected on previous date on merits. Looking to the ground on which bail has sought, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
