Advocate Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 09/03/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 08/12/2020 in connection with Crime No. 183/2020 registered at Police Station Dadhi, District Bemetara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B in alternate Sections 306, 498-A, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
