1. Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition. The application is delayed by 623 days. The applicant does not mention reasonable cause for delay. However, the record which has been summoned before this Court by the previous order is perused, which shows that the application under Section 125 of the CRPC filed agianst this applicant is pending at the stage of recording of nonapplicant's evidence. Hence, as the petition under Section 125 of CRPC is itself going to be concluded soon, no purpose would be served, if the legality, correctness and propriety of order of interim maintenance is considered at this stage, in this revision petition.

-22. Hence, the revision petition stands disposed off at this stage. Record called from the learned Family Court be immediately transmitted back (sent back) with a specific direction that the proceedings in the case be expedited and disposed off preferably within a period of two months from the date it is communicated to the said court.
