2. The petitioners are aggrieved by rejection of their names for election to elect the members of Board of Directors of Danteshwari Maiya Sahakari Shakkar Karkhana Maryadit, Balod.

3. Ordinarily, such challenge is thrown by way of Election Petition after the election process is over. The petitioner has remedy of raising a dispute under Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move a duly constituted Election Petition after the process of election is over.
