The objection has been made by the respondent that the petitioner has not been served with any notice and only on apprehension the petition has been preferred that they may be removed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition has been filed on the apprehension as there are all likelihood that the petitioner may be removed without any notice. 3.

Notice has not been served to the petitioner as on date, no cause

of action has accrued in favour of the petitioner to challenge the same to maintain a writ before this court.
