1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has made repeated approach to the authorities concerned for a transfer to District Raigarh or any place nearby District Raigarh.

2. The request for the petitioner's transfer is on account of his wife working at District Raigarh.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing respondent no.1 & 2 to consider the representation that petitioner has made seeking transfer to a place in and around District Raigarh in accordance with the transfer policy governing the field. In addition to the representation that petitioner has made the petitioner would be also at liberty to make a fresh representation in respect of his claim.

4. Let a decision be taken by the respondent authorities within a period of 6 months.
