1. This is first bail application filed u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 74/2015 registered at Police Station Narayanpur, District- Jashpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under sections 363 & 370 of IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, a report was made by one Usin Kerketta that her daughter Sarojani was missing. Subsequently, during investigation it was found that the Sarojani Kerketta was taken to Delhi and was deployed there in some house and after some time she also left the house wherein she was working and the present applicant who is the manager of the placement agency has deployed Sarojani Kerketta to work has committed the offence along with other

accused.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is the manager of Sonu Placement wherein Sarojani Kerketta when she came for work, she was provided job in the house of one Seema Chhabra, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi and no offence has been committed and in fact, the applicant has assisted the victim to get the job.

4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposes the bail.

5. Perused the statement of Seema Chhabra in whose house the girl was working wherein it is stated that the girl was deployed through the placement agency of the present applicant.

6. Considering the role played by the applicant and the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 18.08.2017, I am inclined to allow this bail application.

7. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before the said Court.
