1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is working as Assistant Grade-I with Registrar, Co-Operative Societies for last 20 years and though different circulars in this regard has been issued by the State that the employees who have rendered more than 10 years and 20 years of service shall be given benefits of time bound pay scale, the petitioner has not been granted the time bound pay scale benefits. It is further contended that the petitioner has already filed an representation Annexure P-
1 to the Respondent No. 2 the same may be directed to be decided and the benefit accrued to the petitioner may be given to him.
2. Considering the fact, subject to verification of the service rendered by the petitioner, the petitioner if is entitled shall be given benefit of time bound pay scale, therefore, Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
