Grievance of the petitioner is that he has been transferred from Gandai, Distt. Rajnandgaon to Kawardha, Distt. Kabirdham by order dated 10/01/2020. It is contended that the petitioner is at the verge of retirement and is going to retire on 30/06/2020. If the transfer of the petitioner is made, it will create complication in calculation of retirement dues. Therefore, it is prayed that in these circumstances transfer of the petitioner may be set-aside.

Considering the submission that the petitioner is going to retire on 13/06/2020 and only few months are left in his retirement, and if the

petitioner is transferred to other place as of new, naturally complication in calculation of payment of retirement dues may arise. Therefore, a liberty is given to the petitioner to make representation before respondent No. 3, Chhattisgarh State Agriculture Marketing Board within a period of three weeks. If such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of 60 days. In the meantime, the transfer order dated 10/01/2020 in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
