1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 03.12.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 7914 of 2018.
2. The modification sought for is to the extent that the address of respondents 3 & 4 has been wrongly reflected in the writ petition as Surajpur in stead of Sarguja. Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same.
3. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.
4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 03.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 7914 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title, the address of respondent no.3 now shall be read as "District Women and Child Development Officer, Sarguja, District Sarguja" in
-2stead of District Women and Child Development Officer, Surajpur, District Surajpur and the address of respondent no.4 shall be read as "District Education Officer, Sarguja, District Sarguja" in stead of District Education Officer, Surajpur, District Surajpur.
5. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 7811 of 2018 .
