(1) Allegedly the sole appellant Ramdas Bhesare has died.

(2) Mr. Ashish Gupta, Advocate who was appearing earlier on behalf of the appellant submitted that the appellant has died on 30.05.2019. He further submitted that he will file an appropriate application for bringing the name of legal representatives of the deceased appellant on record.

(3) In the case in hand, the sole appellant has died on 30.05.2019.

(4) Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated for non substitution the name of the legal representatives of the deceased appellant within a stipulated time. Record should be kept in the record room.
