1. This petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed questioning the order dated 30-9-2010 rejecting the application under Section 457 of the CrPC.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that S.T. No.42014 from which this petition has arisen, has already been adjudicated by the Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, on 31-52019, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
