Shri Manish Nigam, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/05/2018 At the outset, learned State counsel submits that on 23/01/2018, the Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj has passed an order rejecting petitioner's application for rehabilitation.

Irrespective of the merits of the case, having found that though belatedly and at the cost of filing contempt petition, the order has now been passed by the Collector, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt petition except observing that the officer ought to be much more vigilant and prompt in deciding the application of the

petitioner within time stipulated by the Court. 3.

Contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Collector.
