The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner alleging noncompliance of Order dated 26.8.2020 passed in WPC No. 2330/2019. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondents submits that as regards the Respondents/Contemners they have already scrutinized the matter and found the Petitioner to be entitled for compensation and for this orders have also been issued by the NHAI for depositing the amount which on deposit shall be immediately paid to the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for Respondents in this regard submits that two orders have already been passed, one on 27.1.2021 and the other on 27.12.2020.

Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the Order passed by this Court is duly complied with by Respondents/Contemners who were directed to decide the matter and in case if the grievance of Petitioner is still not redressed he will have to avail the remedy by way of a fresh proceeding. 4.
