1. Perused the PUD dated 15.02.2019 received from District and Sessions Judge, wherein it has been reported that the concerned special case No. 03/2009 of the Court of Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Durg has been disposed of on 13.04.2018.

2. Since this revision has been preferred against interim order dated 16.05.2017, as reported by District Judge, concerned special case is decided, this revision has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
