1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner was promoted vide order dated 14/08/2018 from the post of Deputy Ranger to the post of Ranger and the petitioner was posted as Range Officer for range Konta under the Forest Division, Sukma.

2. In compliance of the order of promotion, the petitioner joined his duties on 08/08/2018, however because of the ongoing election process, the petitioner was not given charge but grievance of the petitioner is that though the election process is all complete, till date he has not been given the charge of the Range

Officer, Konta.

3. Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has, this Court is not inclined to admit the petition and rather ends of justice would meet if the direction is given to the respondent No. 2 to ensure that the order of promotion dated 14/08/2018 stands complied with and necessary charge which the petitioner is entitled is for handed over to the petitioner without any further delay.
