Sam Koshy Order On Board 10/07/2015 Counsel for the respondents submit that in the light of notification dated 14th September, 2012 whereby the Schedule in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 have been amended and the Jute Industry has been omitted from the Schedule and as such the present dispute pertaining to the Jute Industry is no longer tenable before the Labour Court/Industrial Court under the CGIR Act, the petition would automatically render infructuous.

Accepting the submission rendered by the counsel for the respondents, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
